Working Student AI Support & Operations

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI consulting organization in the DACH region. They're seeking a Working Student to provide technical support for AI and LLM applications deployed in client environments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with production AI systems while supporting end users and contributing to knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LLM and AI applications across client projects
• Handle L1 and L2 support requests from users with technical questions
• Analyze technical issues systematically, identify root causes, and resolve independently when possible
• Escalate complex cases to senior technical experts with clear documentation
• Communicate professionally with users in both German and English
• Document recurring questions and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base
• Contribute insights from daily support activities to improve processes and AI support tools
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand production AI solution deployments
• Support an initial client project with opportunity to expand to additional engagements

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable degree program
• Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using digital applications and technical tools
• Genuine interest in LLMs and modern AI applications with practical experience using relevant tools
• Systematic approach to troubleshooting technical problems
• Strong hands-on mentality with pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Service-oriented communication style that adapts to different user types
• Reliable, thorough, and structured work approach
• Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously while maintaining organization
• Very good German and English skills (minimum C1 level in both)
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms is beneficial but not required

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based in Frankfurt am Main with a modern office serving as the primary workplace. Regular remote work flexibility is available, with the option to work remotely up to four weeks per year from within the EU.
