Senior Revenue Ops

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing healthtech organization with operations across multiple European markets. Our client is building innovative prevention-focused solutions and has experienced significant growth, now serving over a million members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

We're seeking a Senior Revenue Operations professional to join their Sales Effectiveness team. This role sits at the critical intersection of sales strategy, execution, and enablement, directly impacting customer acquisition efficiency across their multi-country operations.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue operations initiatives end-to-end, from strategic design through execution and organizational adoption
• Spend time in the field identifying gaps in sales processes and designing streamlined, automated workflows
• Build scalable solutions using low-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, Clay), AI platforms (including Claude), Salesforce, and SQL
• Evaluate, test, and implement new technologies and tools to improve sales effectiveness
• Drive change management through shadowing, training programs, adoption measurement, and iterative improvement
• Work across the full sales organization including Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success teams
• Design and maintain data pipelines that deliver actionable business insights
• Own the roadmap for sales effectiveness initiatives with measurable impact on efficiency metrics

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness roles
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ownership and ability to drive initiatives independently
• Builder mindset with hands-on technical capabilities
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills (reading required, writing queries independently is a plus)
• Proven experience building workflows with low-code integration tools (Clay, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms)
• Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach (beyond basic admin-level use)
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines with clear business impact
• Strong change management capabilities including training design and adoption tracking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French (full proficiency) and English (advanced level)
• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona
