We are representing a confidential healthtech organization in their search for experienced Account Executives in Paris. Our client is hosting an exclusive recruitment day on Thursday, October 1st, 2026, offering 20 positions for talented sales professionals looking to accelerate their careers in a hyper-growth environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Managing the complete sales cycle from prospection through contract signature
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior decision-makers including HR Directors, CFOs, and C-suite executives across all industries
• Conducting compelling product demonstrations and guiding stakeholders through evaluation processes
• Driving complex deals and managing key client relationships
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to product evolution and strategic improvements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing full-cycle sales
• Native-level French proficiency (C2 or higher) and advanced English
• Exceptional organizational skills and structured approach to work
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage complex deals
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Strong collaborative mindset and positive attitude
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
