Senior Revenue Ops

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health technology organization in their search for a Senior Revenue Operations professional based in Paris, France. Our client is a fast-growing company transforming how healthcare services are delivered across multiple European markets and North America.

This is a high-impact role within the Business Strategy & Operations function, specifically on the Sales Effectiveness team. You'll be responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing automation, and driving measurable improvements in customer acquisition efficiency across a multi-country sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue operations initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap design through execution, adoption, and ongoing optimization
• Spend time in the field identifying gaps in sales processes, then design and build smarter workflows that eliminate manual steps and increase automation
• Evaluate, test, and roll out new tools and technologies to improve sales effectiveness across Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success teams
• Build solutions using low-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, Clay), AI platforms, Salesforce, and SQL to ship improvements quickly and at scale
• Drive change management through shadowing, training sessions, adoption measurement, and iterative improvements
• Create and maintain data pipelines that deliver actionable business insights
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance teams on strategic projects

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness roles
• Strong ownership and project management skills with the ability to run initiatives independently
• Builder mindset with hands-on technical capabilities
• Intermediate SQL skills for reading queries; ability to write and own queries autonomously is a plus
• Proven experience with low-code integration tools such as Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent platforms
• Direct hands-on experience using Salesforce and/or Outreach (not just administrative familiarity)
• Demonstrated ability to build data pipelines that produce clear business impact
• Experience with change management, including training, measuring adoption, and iterating based on feedback
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (full working proficiency in French required, advanced English required)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona
