Senior Revenue Ops

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization operating across multiple European markets. Our client is building innovative solutions in the health insurance and prevention space, serving over a million members through partnerships with thousands of companies.

We're seeking a Senior Revenue Operations professional to join their Business Strategy & Operations team. This role sits at the critical intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, focusing on sales effectiveness across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue operations initiatives end to end, from strategy and design through execution and organizational adoption
• Spend time in the field identifying gaps in sales processes and designing smarter workflows through automation and step elimination
• Evaluate, test, and implement new tools and technologies to improve sales effectiveness
• Work with low-code automation platforms, AI tools, Salesforce, and SQL to build scalable solutions
• Lead enablement efforts including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating based on results
• Build and maintain data pipelines that produce actionable business insights
• Drive change management across the full sales organization, from BDRs to Account Executives and Customer Success teams
• Set roadmaps for effectiveness initiatives that directly impact customer acquisition metrics

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness roles
• Strong ownership and project management skills with ability to run initiatives independently
• Builder mindset with hands-on technical capabilities
• At least intermediate SQL reading skills; ability to write queries autonomously is a plus
• Proven experience with low-code automation tools such as Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent platforms
• Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach (beyond admin-level use)
• Demonstrated success with change management including training and adoption measurement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (full working proficiency in French required, advanced English required)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona
