Senior Revenue Ops

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health technology organization in their search for a Senior Revenue Operations professional based in France. Our client is scaling rapidly across multiple European markets and needs an experienced operator to drive sales effectiveness and automation at scale.

This is a high-impact role where you'll own revenue operations initiatives end-to-end—from strategy and design through execution and adoption. You'll work across the full commercial organization, building systems and workflows that directly improve customer acquisition efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own effectiveness initiatives from roadmap through delivery, designing solutions that eliminate manual steps and increase automation across the sales organization
• Spend time in the field identifying process gaps, then design and implement smarter workflows using low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, and SQL
• Evaluate new technologies and tools, run pilots, and scale what delivers results
• Build automated workflows that save hundreds of hours annually—recent examples in similar organizations include AI-powered outbound systems and automated sales collateral generation
• Drive change management through shadowing, training, adoption measurement, and iteration until new processes stick
• Build and maintain data pipelines that produce actionable insights with clear business impact
• Work closely with Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to optimize the entire revenue engine

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness roles
• Strong project management and ownership skills—comfortable running initiatives independently without constant direction
• Builder mindset with hands-on experience using low-code tools and integrations (Clay, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms) to create scalable workflows
• Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach (beyond basic admin or awareness-level use)
• At least intermediate SQL reading skills; ability to write and own queries independently is a strong plus
• Proven ability to build pipelines that deliver actionable business insights
• Comfort with change management, including training, measuring adoption, and iterating based on feedback
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona

Pay
