About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that operates a real-time market research platform. They work at the intersection of patient insights, pharmaceutical development, and medical device innovation. We're seeking a Senior Research & Analytics Associate who can transform complex survey data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll be programming surveys, analyzing datasets, reviewing qualitative transcripts, and building presentation decks. This is not a management position—we need someone who does the actual work and does it exceptionally well.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex research data into clear, visually compelling narratives for pharmaceutical and medical device clients
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative healthcare research studies from end to end
• Program and troubleshoot surveys in Qualtrics and analyze results using the platform's analytics capabilities
• Conduct statistical analysis using tools such as SPSS, R, Python, or SAS to identify meaningful patterns and trends
• Perform qualitative coding, synthesis, and insight development from interview transcripts and open-ended responses
• Translate research findings into actionable business, patient, and healthcare implications
• Build executive-level reports and presentations that tell a coherent story
• Present findings directly to clients and contribute to strategic discussions
• Leverage AI tools thoughtfully to improve research workflows while maintaining data privacy and quality standards
• Support research initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas in pharmaceutical and medical device sectors

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional data storytelling skills—you can turn survey results into structured, persuasive narratives
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities, including experience moderating research interviews
• Advanced statistical analysis skills and comfort working directly with complex datasets
• Healthcare experience, education, or research background
• Proven experience presenting research findings to stakeholders or research sponsors
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, or SAS)
• Experience with Qualtrics survey programming and analytics strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Sound judgment around AI tool usage, including understanding of data privacy, bias, and appropriate applications
• Ability to work independently in a lean, high-accountability environment
• Willingness to be hands-on across all aspects of research execution

Strongly Preferred:

• Diabetes expertise or endocrinology experience
• Background in healthcare market research, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or agency environments
• Proven track record in research-heavy roles with responsibility for final delivery of insights, particularly in client-facing consulting or agency settings
• Mixed-method research experience
• Experience moderating interviews or conducting qualitative synthesis
• Familiarity with clinical development or clinical trial research

Education:

• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MPH, MS, or related field)
• Bachelor's degree with strong relevant experience will be considered
