Senior Technical Recruiter – Infrastructure & Data Center

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI cloud infrastructure organization in their search for a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in Infrastructure and Data Center roles. This is a high-impact position where you'll partner with hiring managers to build the teams that power critical data center operations across the United States.

As the talent partner for Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure, and Engineering, you'll own end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers, and first-line management roles. This is a delivery-focused role with significant autonomy—you'll manage recruitment campaigns across multiple regions, build pipelines for future site launches, and ensure hiring keeps pace with rapid infrastructure expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure, and DC Management roles across the US market
• Deliver hiring for technicians, engineers, operations personnel, and first-line management positions
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support future data center launches and expansion
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities, timelines, and regional labor market dynamics
• Drive candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and strategic agency partnerships
• Manage interview processes, offer negotiations, and ensure exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Collaborate with Recruitment Coordinators and Talent Operations to maintain efficient, scalable hiring processes
• Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity
• Support regional hiring campaigns and workforce mobilization as new facilities come online
• Build long-term relationships within the data center community to develop sustainable talent pipelines

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of recruiting experience within Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, Engineering, or Telecommunications
• Proven track record managing multiple technical vacancies across different US regions or business units
• Exceptional sourcing capabilities with confidence engaging and converting passive candidates
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and influence appropriately
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, etc.) to build productivity-enhancing agents and workflows
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication abilities
• Self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Experience with Greenhouse or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems

Bonus qualifications:

• Data Center Logistics and Field Network Deployment recruitment experience
• Experience building recruiting processes in startup or hyperscale environments
• Track record designing and sourcing recruiting events in rural markets with minimal tech or data center presence

Base compensation range: $146,800–$176,200 USD, determined by experience, skills, qualifications, level, and location.
