Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an experienced Account Executive for Enterprise Sales in Munich. In this role, you will:
- Win new enterprise logos across Germany within the most strategic segment
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close
- Consistently deliver €500K–€1M+ SaaS deals
- Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Develop and execute clear, strategic account plans
- Position AI-powered data and analytics solutions as critical drivers of digital transformation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with:
- Passion for AI and technology—someone who embraces AI both professionally and personally, with genuine curiosity about its evolving role
- Strong track record of closing €500K–€1M+ enterprise SaaS deals across DACH
- Experience selling into large, complex, matrix organizations
- Background in data, analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions
- Proven success in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers
- Structured, strategic, and highly self-driven approach
- Fluent German and professional English required
