Strategy Manager Krankentransport (m/w/d) – Business Development & Go-to-Market

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare SaaS organization seeking a Strategy Manager to drive business development and go-to-market initiatives for their patient transport software vertical. In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and solutions in collaboration with the product team
• Identify new business opportunities and market verticals, evaluating them through quantitative analysis and developing robust business cases
• Independently lead partnership and cooperation negotiations with enterprise-level B2B partners
• Serve as the strategic bridge between product development and sales, translating technical capabilities into compelling commercial propositions
• Assess and prioritize business opportunities based on customer value, revenue potential, and resource requirements
• Drive projects autonomously from initial concept through successful market launch

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, business development (enterprise, mid-market, or scale-up environment), or marketing with clear go-to-market focus
• Proven track record independently leading partnership or contract negotiations with B2B enterprise partners
• Strong autonomy and demonstrated ability to manage projects dynamically across product and sales organizations
• Solid quantitative skills and ability to build data-driven business cases; familiarity with the German healthcare system is a plus but not required
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, decisive mindset, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken

Location and Work Arrangement

This position is based in Düsseldorf with flexible work arrangements including up to 2 days remote work per week.
