Marketing Manager – Partner Engagement & Advocacy

About This Role

We are representing a confidential beauty-tech organization with an extensive European salon network. Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager – Partner Engagement & Advocacy to drive brand visibility and trust across tens of thousands of partner locations.

This role reports to senior B2B marketing leadership and centers on two core initiatives: scaling physical in-store branding and building a structured ambassador program across multiple markets. You will coordinate closely with technology, product, and field teams to execute large-scale rollouts and strengthen competitive positioning through partner advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and scale physical in-store branding materials and welcome experiences across a multi-market partner base
• Build and manage a B2B ambassador network to showcase platform value and generate organic leads
• Leverage local visibility and partner advocacy to reinforce market reputation and differentiate against competitors
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, technology, and local supply/sales teams to enable deployment and engagement
• Manage complex logistics and operations across international markets with precision and scalability

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in tech marketing (mandatory); experience with supply-side or partner operations is a strong plus
• Proven track record managing large-scale physical and digital rollouts across multiple international markets
• Operational excellence: high energy, efficiency-driven, able to turn complex logistics into scalable impact
• Strong project management skills with the ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Ability to inspire and align partner networks and field teams
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France
