Architect (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Ausführungsplanung (LP5)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction technology organization seeking an Architect specializing in execution planning (Leistungsphase 5 / Design Phase 5) in Berlin. In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary project-specific planning team working at the interface between project planning and building system development for multi-story residential buildings.

Your focus will be on the substantive processing, elaboration, and documentation of execution planning, along with close collaboration with internal specialist disciplines and external planning partners. You will work within clearly defined project structures and standards and support project and planning leadership in coordination and quality assurance of LP5.

• Collaborate on the substantive consolidation of execution planning within the project-specific planning team
• Process architectural plans in Leistungsphase 5 based on defined system, design, and project specifications
• Create execution documents including 1:50 scale drawings and overview plans in Revit, as well as project-related lists and quantity overviews
• Support coordination of execution planning with internal specialist disciplines and external specialist planners
• Participate in quality control of execution planning (e.g., plan reviews, plausibility checks, model consistency)
• Review planning statuses from specialist planners and subcontractor workshop planning regarding technical compliance and specifications
• Maintain and organize structured filing of plans and plan lists (plan administration, plan codes, revision statuses)
• Support schedule tracking of execution planning in coordination with project management and planning leadership
• Assist in the further development of digital processes and standards within LP5

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Architecture
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in execution planning (LP5), ideally in residential construction
• Experience in processing execution plans and BIM models
• Confident and professional use of Revit
• Basic understanding of coordinating internal and external specialist disciplines
• Knowledge of serial construction methods, timber construction, or system-based planning is advantageous
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style with high quality awareness
• Team player with enthusiasm for collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good German language skills in written and spoken form; good English skills
