About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in München seeking an AI Transformation & Enablement Specialist on a freelance/interim basis. This role drives the AI-powered evolution of core operations, replacing traditional ticket-based workflows with intelligent self-service capabilities. You'll enable customer-facing teams to generate frontend code solutions directly through AI assistance while establishing quality assurance and architecture expertise as strategic functions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end transformation of AI-supported collaboration models between customer success and technical support teams
- Lead change management initiatives to shift team culture toward generative code adoption and AI-assisted problem solving
- Develop standardized AI playbooks, prompt template libraries, and workflow documentation for recurring customer requirements
- Reposition technical support as a quality assurance function conducting code reviews and handling complex specialized integrations
- Design and deliver hands-on workshops, training sessions, and hackathons to build AI competency across teams
- Establish systematic feedback loops translating frontline insights into structured product recommendations
- Evaluate and prototype new AI coding tools to continuously improve operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or related field
- Proven experience redesigning operational processes and managing change at the intersection of technical and non-technical teams
- Several years of practical frontend development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, optionally jQuery) with deep understanding of modern web and SaaS architectures
- Demonstrated expertise using AI code generators (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini) and crafting precise prompt instructions
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and enable non-developers successfully
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
