Senior Paid Media Manager (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital agency client in Berlin seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager. In this role, you will take full strategic ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, and native advertising platforms—spanning the entire funnel from awareness through performance and conversion.

You will work directly with clients on media planning, campaign strategy, and optimization across channels and funnel stages. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll manage substantial campaign budgets, leverage AI-powered marketing technologies, and deliver compelling performance insights to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, and native advertising platforms
• Take independent responsibility for strategic media planning and campaign development across channels and funnel stages
• Manage campaign budgets in the high six- to seven-figure range
• Create comprehensive analyses and reports on campaign performance, interpreting data at a strategic level and deriving concrete optimization and scaling measures
• Utilize modern AI-powered tools and marketing technologies to manage campaigns more efficiently and identify optimization opportunities
• Serve as primary client contact for paid media strategy, presenting campaign results and recommendations persuasively to decision-makers
• Coordinate and manage external partners, including media agencies

What We're Looking For

• More than 6 years of professional experience in paid media
• Several years of independent responsibility for campaign budgets in the high six- to seven-figure range
• Proven expertise in strategic campaign planning across channels and funnel stages, from reach and brand goals to conversion optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data strategically and derive actionable insights
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and modern marketing technologies
• Excellent client management skills with the ability to present complex campaign results to senior stakeholders
• Very good command of German (minimum C1 level), as current projects are primarily conducted in German
• Good command of English is a plus
