Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology client in Berlin seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale performance marketing operations. In this role, you will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and budget allocation through creative testing and continuous optimization against customer acquisition cost and pipeline targets.

You will build and maintain landing pages with conversion tracking to ensure every euro spent is measurable back to signed projects. Your work will span multiple marketing functions: organizing trade fairs and events, supporting PR outreach, running social media initiatives, and producing sales enablement materials for the field team. You'll collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, and Product teams while building your own reporting dashboards to connect marketing spend directly to revenue outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
• Highly analytical and numbers-driven approach; comfortable building custom reporting and making budget decisions based on data
• Experience with landing page setup, conversion tracking implementation, and event organization
• Senior enough to own channels independently while remaining genuinely hands-on across diverse marketing needs
• C2-level German and working proficiency in English
• Based in Berlin and available for hybrid work (2 days per week in office)
• Strong bias toward action with KPI-driven mindset—able to launch tests quickly, eliminate underperformers, and scale winners
