Senior Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major IT initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes; serve as Product Owner in agile project setups
• Deliver projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, workplace solutions, and cloud infrastructure
• Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Manage large interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate between multiple stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, create actionable recommendations, and proactively shape change processes
• Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and mentor PM colleagues

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated project leadership capabilities
• Strong command of agile or classical project methodologies; certification preferred (PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist)
• Passion for delivering exceptional IT projects such as websites, intranets, applications, digital request systems, or specialized applications
• Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with awareness of business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to operate confidently across all organizational levels and explain complex topics clearly to different audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
