Senior Product Manager, OX Retention & Expansion

About This Opportunity

We are representing a global fundraising technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager, OX Retention & Expansion to join their distributed team. This is a remote role based in Spain (CET timezone).

Our client operates in the enterprise nonprofit sector, serving organizations across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe. Their platform processes tens of millions in donations monthly and maintains industry-leading satisfaction scores. You'll be joining a product-focused team of 160+ professionals distributed across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will own retention and expansion growth for active nonprofit organizations, ensuring that product launches translate into measurable customer adoption and business impact.

• Define retention and expansion strategy by translating business targets into a prioritized 6–12 month roadmap that drives measurable customer and business outcomes
• Lead structured discovery through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel reviews to diagnose adoption blockers and maintain a validated opportunity backlog
• Own cross-functional product adoption and expansion initiatives covering activation, onboarding, discoverability, and monetization
• Drive cross-team retention and expansion programs in partnership with Product Marketing, Customer Success, GTM, and Product teams
• Define and maintain a metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization; make scale/iterate/stop decisions based on measurable outcomes
• Identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization in collaboration with Data and Engineering teams
• Own key metrics including Average Processing Volume per Active Customer, retention rates, and cross-product adoption strategy

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments
• Experience operating at a Senior+ level with demonstrated scope and influence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes behind adoption and churn challenges
• Proven track record designing and executing cross-functional growth initiatives
• Strong discovery background including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, and hypothesis generation
• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
• Demonstrated ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, and Product organizations
• Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
• Fluent English (C1+) required; you'll be working with a Russian-speaking team environment
