About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists to provide remote therapy services. This is a contract position available on a part-time or full-time basis, with complete schedule flexibility and 100% remote work.
Our client operates a collaborative group practice model that provides clinicians with comprehensive administrative support, enabling you to focus on patient care while the business infrastructure handles scheduling, documentation systems, and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluate current mental health status
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support patient improvement and wellness
- Provide compassionate therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults via telehealth
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the practice management system
- Identify when patients require psychiatry services and make appropriate referrals
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient experience and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited LMFT program
- Current, active license as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Oregon
- Genuine passion for mental health and patient well-being
- Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical practice
- Curious mindset with dedication to ongoing learning and professional development
- Comfort with technology platforms and telehealth delivery
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
