Senior Implementation Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the enterprise software space who is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join their delivery team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work on complex ERP implementations across process manufacturing industries, helping customers successfully adopt and optimize their business systems.

As part of our client's implementation team, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their software journey—from initial configuration through go-live and beyond. This position requires periodic travel to customer sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation services including installation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for ERP software solutions
• Partner with delivery managers to execute project plans, meet milestones, and ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Analyze customer business processes and provide consultative guidance on system configuration and process optimization
• Deliver comprehensive end-user and administrator training on system navigation, workflows, and operational procedures
• Troubleshoot configuration, process, and data-related issues with clear communication and timely resolution
• Provide hands-on support during cutover and go-live phases, including hypercare support to ensure successful adoption
• Develop and maintain training documentation, user guides, and knowledge base materials
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing implementation insights and best practices with the delivery team
• Manage multiple customer engagements while maintaining accurate administrative responsibilities including time tracking and status updates

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of real-world ERP experience as either an end user, implementation consultant, or both
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong understanding of business processes in accounting, operations, inventory, manufacturing, or distribution
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment
• Customer-focused mindset with consultative, service-oriented approach
• Working knowledge of data concepts and databases; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required
