AI Solutions Sales Engineer- Night Shift

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an AI Solutions Sales Engineer for night shift operations in Pakistan. In this role, you will:

• Serve as a technical expert in customer meetings, addressing functional and technical questions about AI-powered data intelligence solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their pain points, business workflows, and compliance requirements
• Conduct live and recorded product demonstrations showcasing real-world scenarios for enterprise solutions
• Proactively reach out to potential customers via cold calling to schedule demos and generate interest
• Support creation of sales collateral, use case presentations, competitive comparisons, and proposal responses
• Collaborate on RFPs and customer documentation requiring solution scoping or architecture input
• Map customer needs to platform capabilities and recommend implementation approaches
• Work with business development and marketing teams to identify high-potential customer segments
• Validate and verify all AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, logic, and compliance with business requirements
• Maintain ownership and accountability for final deliverables, regardless of AI tool assistance

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
• 0–4 years in customer-facing solutions, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles (SaaS or enterprise preferred)
• Proficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to support work outputs
• Strong judgment and critical evaluation skills to validate AI-generated content
• Familiarity with AI domains: computer vision, audio/speech processing, large language models, or chatbot platforms
• Understanding of modern enterprise IT, data privacy, and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GovCloud)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to simplify technical content
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
• Self-starter with high initiative, curiosity, and customer empathy
• Hands-on knowledge of video management, digital evidence systems, or enterprise cloud solutions is a plus
• Experience presenting to law enforcement, legal tech, or government agencies is a bonus
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (CJIS, FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA) is valuable
