Senior Product Manager, OX Retention & Expansion

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing global SaaS platform in the nonprofit technology space. Our client serves enterprise organizations across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe, processing significant transaction volume monthly and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores.

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Retention & Expansion to join their distributed product organization of 160+ professionals. This is a strategic role focused on turning product adoption into predictable revenue growth through retention and expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own retention and expansion growth strategy across the active customer base
• Drive Average Processing Volume (APV) and revenue per active customer metrics
• Develop and maintain a 6–12 month roadmap for retention and monetization initiatives
• Lead structured discovery through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel reviews to diagnose adoption blockers
• Design and execute cross-functional initiatives that drive activation, onboarding, and product discoverability
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, GTM, and Product teams on retention programs
• Define and maintain metric trees for retention, adoption, and monetization outcomes
• Make data-driven scale/iterate/kill decisions based on measurable initiative outcomes
• Identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for churn prediction, segmentation, and personalization
• Maintain a validated opportunity backlog and prioritize based on business impact

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments
• Experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes behind adoption and churn challenges
• Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives
• Deep discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, hypothesis generation
• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
• Demonstrated ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, Product Marketing, and Product organizations
• Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
• Fluent English (C1+) required; Russian language skills beneficial for team collaboration

Location & Work Arrangement

Location: Armenia (Remote)
Time Zone: CET alignment preferred
Work Model: Fully remote with a distributed team across Europe and surrounding regions

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $4,900 - $5,300 monthly, based on experience and qualifications
