We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for a Senior Product Manager to lead a critical digital platform modernization initiative within the commercial payments domain. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and user experience, driving the evolution of legacy systems into a unified, high-performance platform that serves fleet and commercial payment customers across North America.

Our client is seeking a strategic product leader who can independently own multi-year roadmaps, navigate organizational complexity, and bridge engineering, design, and business teams to execute high-visibility initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape the future of a mission-critical payments platform while working with cutting-edge AI tools and modern product methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for a platform modernization initiative
• Lead complex Go-To-Market execution for large-scale digital transformation projects
• Partner closely with UX researchers and designers as a co-creator of seamless customer journeys
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate product discovery, automate documentation, and analyze behavioral patterns
• Drive migration of complex customer workflows from legacy systems to modern platforms without operational disruption
• Utilize interactive analytics tools and executive dashboards to measure adoption and drive data-informed iterations
• Influence senior leadership and drive organizational alignment across business stakeholders, engineering, and design teams
• Mentor junior product managers on discovery frameworks, product methodology, and strategic execution
• Define and track product metrics aligned to strategic OKRs and business performance goals

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, design, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience leading complex, multi-faceted product initiatives
• Proven track record establishing long-term product strategy and translating company objectives into actionable roadmaps
• Deep experience with product-led UX design, customer journey mapping, and usability principles
• Advanced proficiency leveraging AI-driven platforms and generative AI tools in product workflows
• Demonstrated expertise in platform modernization, including sunsetting legacy systems and deploying scalable digital solutions
• Expert-level skills using analytics tools to uncover insights and measure post-launch performance
• Strong experience partnering with UX/UI design teams and integrating user-centered design into product discovery
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in business or product management
• Experience in commercial payments, fleet solutions, or similar B2B payments domains
• Background in multi-quarter platform planning and complex product launches
• Agentic AI certification

Pay

This is a full-time position based in the United States with remote flexibility. Compensation and benefits will be provided directly by the client organization and are competitive within the fintech industry for senior product management roles.
