About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential virtual healthcare organization in their search for a Senior Product Manager – Growth. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving member onboarding, engagement, and retention for digital health programs serving hundreds of thousands of patients nationwide.
You will own critical pieces of the member journey, balancing near-term execution—shipping experiments, reducing friction, improving core features—with contributions to longer-term strategic vision work. This position reports to the Director of Member Experience and offers significant autonomy with room to grow.
Location: Remote within the United States (candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available)
Responsibilities
- Drive growth across the member funnel including landing pages, eligibility flows, and onboarding sequences; reduce early drop-off and increase registration conversion
- Own the growth product backlog: prioritize, scope, ship, and measure improvements to early member experience touchpoints
- Design and execute A/B tests and rapid experiments to improve engagement, activation, and retention metrics using data-backed hypotheses
- Manage bug triage and quality for member-facing experiences; ensure product reliability and performance
- Partner with Engineering and Design to maintain velocity, resolve technical trade-offs, and unblock delivery
- Own key metrics including engagement, retention, churn, activation rate, and NPS; build and maintain dashboards in analytics platforms
- Analyze user behavior to identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure product changes support care delivery, medication workflows, and coaching experiences
- Coordinate with marketing on re-engagement and lifecycle messaging strategies
- Contribute to next-generation product vision by surfacing insights from current performance, member feedback, and competitive analysis
- Support user research infrastructure including participant recruitment, moderated testing, and synthesis of findings
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years shipping consumer or patient-facing digital products
- Proven track record improving engagement, retention, or activation metrics in mobile or web products
- Strong analytical skills: proficiency with SQL and product analytics tools (Looker, PostHog, Amplitude, or similar)
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and running full product lifecycles from discovery through iteration
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business stakeholders
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Clear, concise writing ability to create actionable product documentation
Preferred:
- Digital health experience in chronic care, telehealth, behavior change programs, or similar patient-facing products
- Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, or AI/ML-powered features
- Familiarity with behavioral design frameworks (BJ Fogg, COM-B, habit formation, nudge theory)
- Experience with React Native or mobile app development workflows
- Background in B2B2C products balancing end-user experience with enterprise client needs
