About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential design services organization seeking an experienced Art Director to lead creative vision and elevate brand experiences across diverse client projects. Responsibilities
- Define and lead the visual direction of projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality creative output across all deliverables
- Oversee the development of creative concepts from initial ideation through final execution, including branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences
- Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative, creative culture
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating vision and strategic rationale
- Review and approve designs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and development to align on project goals and deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior design role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and digital projects
- Proficiency with design software and technologies including Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Exceptional eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Effective communicator and natural leader capable of guiding and motivating creative teams
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bonus: Previous startup or design agency experience, particularly handling design requests for diverse client types from small businesses to large corporations
