Designer Instrucional Júnior (CLT) | Remoto

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education technology organization in Brazil that is seeking a Junior Instructional Designer to join their remote team. Our client operates a digital learning platform serving over 100,000 active students in undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This is a full-time CLT position, 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including authors, editors, reviewers, designers, illustrators, developers, and learning management system administrators throughout production processes
• Conduct briefings, training sessions, and workshops with course coordinators, professors, and tutors
• Analyze base materials from different knowledge areas and adapt them into digital educational object formats
• Organize production schedules and plans to optimize material creation workflows
• Build storyboards and outlines from content delivered by subject matter experts
• Create or assist in developing complex learning objects across varied knowledge areas to facilitate student learning
• Design and develop course scripts focused on learning experience and knowledge acquisition aligned with pedagogical objectives
• Validate tests, exercises, quizzes, and assessments based on established taxonomy for skill and competency development
• Apply varied language styles while respecting formal Portuguese language standards
• Lead and validate final delivery of educational resources
• Ensure quality of didactic resources created based on learning objectives established in course syllabi
• Contribute to production models that promote practical, tangible business results in short, medium, and long term
• Analyze data and reports to continuously identify improvement opportunities in educational resource production

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Complete degree in Education, Design, Technology, or Communication
• Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies and distance learning techniques and tools
• Experience developing educational content, preferably in higher education institutions
• Knowledge of syllabus and learning objective development
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong text interpretation and production abilities
• Familiarity with virtual learning environments
• Intermediate Excel skills for production workflow management
• Strong teamwork abilities with capacity to interface across multiple departments
• Basic project management understanding, preferably in digital education
• Comfort using online meeting tools (Teams, Meet, Zoom)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Desired:

• Postgraduate degree in Education, Design, Educational Technology, or Digital Education
