About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly scaling healthcare technology organization that is transforming how clinicians work across 190+ countries. Our client has experienced extraordinary growth—from $1M to $50M in annual recurring revenue in just two years—and recently secured significant investment to accelerate their mission of strengthening the human connection in healthcare.

We're seeking a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda across EMEA, based in London. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who thinks like a business partner first and brings strong judgment to complex people challenges in a fast-moving, multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary People Partner across EMEA regions including UK & Ireland, France, Germany, South Africa, and the UAE
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities and growth plans into actionable people strategies
  • Coach managers through performance management, feedback conversations, and complex employee situations—building their capability rather than dependency
  • Challenge leaders directly on performance standards, leadership development, and team effectiveness
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning as the region scales
  • Lead performance calibration, talent reviews, promotions, and compensation decisions with clear, evidence-based judgment
  • Navigate employment requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including Employer of Record arrangements, ensuring compliance and scalability
  • Use people data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; leverage AI and automation to eliminate low-value administrative work
  • Build people practices that increase clarity and performance without adding unnecessary process or bureaucracy

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-growth, high-accountability environments across multiple countries
  • Demonstrated talent judgment—you identify performance issues and high-potential talent early without relying on rigid frameworks
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing international contexts
  • Strong problem-solving skills; you take complex challenges from identification through to resolution independently
  • Enthusiasm for AI and technology; hands-on experience with AI tools, prototyping, or side projects is a significant plus
  • Builder mentality—you create solutions rather than simply requesting resources
  • Intellectual confidence paired with openness; you hold strong views loosely and prioritize the best idea over ego
  • Comfort with multi-jurisdictional employment matters, including working with external partners and EOR providers
  • Passion for healthcare or mission-driven work where your impact directly affects people's lives
