This is a chance to join at the ground level, shape processes and structures, and take real ownership of performance marketing channels. Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across paid media channels
• Own paid media strategy and budget allocation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies or service providers
• Develop data-driven audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
• Ensure proper tracking, measurement, and reporting infrastructure
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Identify new channels and growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and content teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in performance marketing
• Strong proficiency with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, or comparable systems
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of tracking, attribution models, and conversion optimization
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
• Interest in automation and AI applications in marketing
• High sense of responsibility with a hands-on mentality
• Experience in sports or entertainment industries is a plus
• German language skills required for this Berlin-based role
