About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential sports organization in Berlin that is building out a new marketing team. They need a Content Producer to help shape content workflows, production processes, and creative output from the ground up. This role offers genuine ownership—you'll be establishing how things work, not just following a playbook.
The position is flexible: full-time, part-time, or working student arrangements are all possible depending on your experience and availability.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and produce photo and video content for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams
- Perform basic editing and post-production work on video and image assets
- Maintain and organize media libraries (photo and video archives)
- Develop creative concepts for new content formats and storytelling approaches
What We're Looking For
- Completed training, ongoing studies, or comparable hands-on experience in media, communications, marketing, or content production
- Genuine enthusiasm for photography, video production, and visual storytelling
- Practical experience with camera equipment and editing/post-production software
- Self-directed and reliable work style
- Creativity and a feel for digital content trends
- High level of initiative and eagerness to learn
- Interest in sports, AI tools, and modern production methods is a plus but not required
- German language skills expected for this Berlin-based role
