Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to drive strategic channel expansion across the German market. In this role, you will:
- Identify and assess partnership opportunities that align with strategic growth objectives and target markets, conducting thorough evaluations of prospective partners
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners through effective communication and regular engagement
- Lead commercial negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, working closely with legal and executive stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and compliance
- Develop and execute revenue-generating strategies including joint marketing campaigns, co-selling initiatives, and referral programs
- Monitor and optimize partnership performance to maximize financial outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to align partnership activities with broader business goals
What We're Looking For
Our client needs someone with proven B2B partnership or business development experience in fast-growing SaaS or financial services environments. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
- Strong credibility-building skills and the ability to identify synergies for lasting partnerships
- An entrepreneurial mindset with proactive lead generation capabilities and understanding of partner processes
- Full ownership mentality, taking responsibility for tasks, learning progress, and partner relationships
- Collaborative spirit with internal and external stakeholders
- Resilience in navigating challenges and setbacks, with willingness to adapt and improve strategies
- Location: Berlin
