Working Student Graphic Designer

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing company based in Berlin. They are seeking a Working Student Graphic Designer to support their creative production team on a 20-hour-per-week, 6-month contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a design student looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment while building a portfolio of real-world creative work.

Responsibilities

• Create and update presentation decks in Figma
• Design creative assets including stickers, banners, static graphics, and merchandise
• Build interactive playable ads using in-house systems
• Adapt existing designs into new formats and update files as needed
• Fix broken designs and maintain design consistency across projects
• Support ongoing creative initiatives with reliable, high-quality execution

What We're Looking For

• Strong visual eye and good design taste
• Experience with at least one design tool: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
• Willingness to learn Figma if not already your primary tool
• Demonstrated experience creating presentation decks
• Ability to work carefully with layouts, branding, and data visualization
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Available for 20 hours per week in Berlin

Nice to Have:

• Experience with advertising creatives, game ads, or interactive formats
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Higgsfield, Magnific, or Openart
