Customer Support (f/m/d) / 20h pro Woche

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in Berlin that is building an innovative platform for data-driven marketing and demand forecasting. Our talent team is seeking a Customer Support professional for a part-time role (20 hours per week) to join their Customer Success team.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a growing B2B software platform, helping small and medium-sized businesses optimize their sales and marketing processes. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with time in their Kreuzberg office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone
• Triage incoming support tickets, answer standard questions independently, and escalate complex cases to appropriate specialists
• Maintain internal knowledge base documentation in Confluence and propose improvements to support processes
• Provide technical assistance through screensharing, step-by-step guidance, and basic troubleshooting
• Implement minor configurations in customer systems when needed
• Collect user feedback continuously and collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to improve the platform

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Availability to work 20 hours per week on an ongoing basis
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and solution-focused approach
• Tech-savvy nature with curiosity about digital products and tools like HubSpot, Jira, or Confluence
• Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain overview during busy periods
• Self-sufficient work style combined with collaborative team spirit
• Meticulous documentation practices

Helpful but not required:

• Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or helpdesk roles
• Familiarity with SaaS products or B2B customer environments

Pay
