PR Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential beauty and skincare organization based in Berlin. This is an exciting opportunity to lead global PR strategy for a fast-growing brand with international reach and retail presence across Europe and beyond.

We are seeking a PR Manager to own and elevate communications strategy across multiple markets, drive measurable brand impact, and shape compelling storytelling that resonates with media, partners, and consumers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously evolve global PR strategy, messaging, and brand storytelling across all markets and channels
• Own PR performance by defining, tracking, and achieving clear KPIs including impressions, reach, and share of voice
• Manage and steer international PR agencies, including briefing, performance management, budget control, and fee negotiation
• Plan, draft, and coordinate press releases, media kits, seeding concepts, PR boxes, and activations; track and report results
• Drive PR box concepts and storytelling in close collaboration with Creative and Influencer Marketing teams
• Build and maintain key company facts, press materials, and ensure all press touchpoints remain updated and aligned
• Develop communication strategies for sustainability, purpose-driven campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual alignment across PR, influencer collaborations, social media, packaging, and retail touchpoints
• Collaborate on B2B-related PR activities, including major retailer partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Strong experience working with and managing international PR agencies across multiple markets
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence writing press-ready content
• Comfortable owning PR strategy end-to-end and translating it into measurable brand impact
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel
• Collaborative, calm, and adaptable in a fast-moving scale-up environment
• Fluent in English; additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are highly desirable

Location & Work Arrangement
