Senior Paid Social Media Buyer

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing agency specializing in the home services sector. They are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to take full ownership of paid social campaigns for a portfolio of clients in the home improvement space. This is a remote, full-time independent contractor position based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for approximately 10 active client accounts with substantial monthly budgets
• Build, test, and iterate on lead generation funnels, video sales letters, and booked call systems to maximize conversion rates
• Lead weekly client reporting calls independently, providing clear performance insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with leadership to develop high-converting ad creative, hooks, and messaging strategies
• Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal return on investment
• Document processes and systems to support future team expansion
• Proactively identify performance issues and implement data-driven solutions without requiring oversight

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing $30,000–$100,000+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts
• Direct experience in home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals
• Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality optimization
• Demonstrated ability to scale Meta campaigns profitably using structured testing methodologies
• Experience leading client calls independently and navigating difficult performance conversations with confidence
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into concise executive summaries
• Background mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers
• Availability for significant overlap with EST/CST business hours
• Bonus qualifications: experience in insulation or HVAC niches, advanced knowledge of CRM integration and lead-tracking attribution, background in copywriting or creative direction for direct-response video
