About This Role
We are representing a confidential enterprise organization undertaking a strategic AI-driven modernization initiative. Our client needs a Senior Oracle EBS Developer / Integration Architect to design and build a unified data-services layer connecting multiple Oracle E-Business Suite instances across different regions and configurations.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on exposing EBS data through integrations and APIs, with particular emphasis on Manufacturing, Inventory, and Item Master data. You'll work at the architecture and development level on genuinely complex integration challenges as the organization modernizes how its core ERP communicates with newer applications and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and build a common data-services layer connecting multiple, differently-configured Oracle EBS instances across regions
- Reconcile real differences between environments rather than treating them as identical systems
- Expose EBS data through integrations and APIs to downstream systems, focusing on Manufacturing, Inventory, and Item Master data
- Perform hands-on development work using PL/SQL, EBS Open Interfaces, and standard APIs
- Partner directly with developers and technical stakeholders as a peer technical resource
- Provide architectural perspective across distinct systems, identifying where approaches diverge and designing solutions that work across all environments
- Serve as a trusted technical voice in an evolving initiative with opportunity to help shape scope and delivery approach
What We're Looking For
- Strong consultative experience working directly with stakeholders and clients
- Deep, hands-on Oracle EBS technical development experience including strong PL/SQL skills, EBS Open Interfaces and standard APIs, and concurrent program load mechanisms
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or SOA, plus REST/SOAP web services
- Working knowledge of EBS data models for Manufacturing/BOM, Inventory, and Item Master; direct experience with Item/PTM tables is especially valuable
- Experience working across multiple EBS instances, ideally having reconciled differently-configured environments
- Technical and integration mindset with comfort going deep on code and architecture
- Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity in early-stage initiatives
- Bonus: familiarity with Oracle Product Development Cloud (Oracle PLM)
