Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist (gn)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international organization seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join their team in Hamburg. In this role, you will serve as the central interface between business departments and IT, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into practical ERP solutions
• Taking functional responsibility for the development of Business Central, prioritizing requirements and optimizations
• Managing customizations, international rollouts, and implementation projects
• Identifying opportunities for digitalization and optimization of business processes
• Collaborating closely with key users, functional departments, and stakeholders
• Developing automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Driving continuous improvement of the ERP system landscape

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree or vocational qualification in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP systems
• Experience in a shaping role such as Product Owner, Key User, or In-house Consultant
• Strong understanding of business processes and their digital representation
• The ability to structure requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• An analytical, structured, and practice-oriented working approach
• Very good German and English language skills
