About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential property management organization in Frankfurt am Main that is seeking a working student to support their technical and administrative operations. This role offers genuine hands-on experience beyond observation, with meaningful responsibilities in day-to-day operations.

Our talent team is looking for a current university student who wants to gain practical insights into technical property operations while balancing their studies with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical team with daily operational tasks
• Monitor and track deadlines and important dates
• Process and prepare general correspondence
• Maintain and update data, documents, and overview materials
• Obtain, review, and follow up on vendor quotes and proposals
• Organize and document technical files in a structured manner
• Coordinate with internal contacts as well as external service providers and partners
• Contribute to smaller projects and special initiatives within the technical department
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program
• Ideally studying Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style
• Strong organizational skills with a good sense for prioritization
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong German language skills, both written and verbal
• Independent and responsible approach to work
• Enjoys teamwork and communication
