Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Mobile & Data)

We are representing a confidential social enterprise that connects global talent with innovative organizations. Our client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Mobile & Data) to join their distributed engineering team in Vietnam. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that balance business impact with social good.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features across React/TypeScript frontend and Kotlin/Go/Rails backend services
• Implement robust API integrations following backend-for-frontend patterns
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using established design systems
• Write comprehensive tests and contribute to CI/CD practices
• Contribute to user and system observability and monitoring, including on-call rotation
• Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Design/UX teams for end-to-end feature delivery
• Work across the microservices ecosystem with Platform/DevOps teams on infrastructure and monitoring

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with backend or frontend technologies powering customer-facing web applications
• Database and persistence layer design experience, including managing schema and data changes over time
• Backend development and API design experience (REST/gRPC)
• Experience with user analytics and data transformation pipelines
• Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred) and containerization
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
• Experience architecting and building full-stack features end-to-end, from UI to backend integration
• Experience working across React/React-Native frontend and Rails/Kotlin/Golang backend services
• Experience applying AI tooling and creating environments where agents can deliver solutions effectively
• Strong communication skills in distributed, async teams
• Comfort working across multiple programming languages and technology stacks
• Must be based locally in Vietnam to support occasional onsite activities and comply with Vietnam labor laws
