Remote Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote therapy services. This is a fee-for-service role designed for independent practitioners who want the flexibility of telehealth combined with robust administrative support.

We're looking for compassionate, evidence-based clinicians who are ready to build a meaningful practice while our client handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing on your behalf.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients across a diverse population
• Deliver evidence-based treatment to individuals, couples, and children as appropriate to your training
• Maintain consistent weekly availability to ensure continuity of care for your clients
• Document sessions and treatment plans using electronic health record systems
• Participate in clinical consultations and community support sessions
• Work collaboratively with administrative teams to optimize scheduling and client outcomes
• Track client progress and adjust treatment approaches to achieve measurable goals

What We're Looking For

• Active independent license as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Georgia
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)
• Currently residing in Georgia
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week with capacity for at least 25 client sessions weekly
• Generalist background with willingness to treat a variety of presenting concerns
• Comfort working with couples and children in addition to individual adults
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Commitment to measurable client outcomes and evidence-based practice
• Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute positively to a clinical community
• Flexibility to schedule sessions during extended hours (early morning through evening, seven days a week)

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are based on licensure type, session volume, and performance incentives.
