International Law School Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization that is expanding its academic partnerships program internationally. After successful growth across North American law schools, our client is now taking their platform global and needs an experienced professional to lead partnerships across EMEA and APAC markets.

This role is based in Paris and offers the opportunity to build and scale an international law school program from the ground up. You will own the full lifecycle of academic partnerships—from initial outreach and relationship development through onboarding, training, and ongoing account management across your region.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, relationship development, and onboarding for law schools across EMEA—from flagship institutions to smaller regional schools
• Build the playbook for academic presence in each new international market and execute new launches throughout the year
• Serve as primary point of contact for every school in your portfolio, owning relationships with faculty, library staff, student organizations, and administrators
• Run product training, demos, workspace setup, and activation events for your portfolio—including semester-start workshops, faculty sessions, and curriculum advisory meetings
• Launch and manage student ambassador and faculty champion networks across EMEA, adapting existing models for European legal education contexts
• Advise faculty and curriculum committees on integrating the platform into courses, clinics, and legal writing programs
• Partner with commercial, engineering, and marketing teams on in-market events and co-activation opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Law degree preferred with deep understanding of how EMEA law schools are structured and how faculty, students, and administrators operate
• Strong experience in legal practice, legal technology, legal innovation, or academic programs—client-facing or externally-facing roles are a strong differentiator
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of relationships in a high-growth or startup environment while maintaining account depth
• Comfortable running product trainings and demos for diverse audiences ranging from first-year students to senior faculty and deans
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed—you build from scratch, operate without a playbook, and hold yourself accountable across multiple markets
• Strong organizational skills to manage many schools across multiple countries and time zones
• Based in Paris, London, or Madrid with ability to work in office 3 days per week
• Willing and able to travel across Europe, the US, and other international jurisdictions for work
