We are representing a confidential global language services organization seeking an Account Manager to join their Paris office. This role focuses on sales and business development within the Life Sciences sector, requiring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to outbound sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop prospective clients through multiple strategies including internet sourcing, trade show engagement, referrals, professional directories, and personal investigation
• Generate and close new business through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and regional organizations
• Grow existing client accounts by working closely with senior leadership to expand relationships and identify upsell opportunities
• Negotiate rates and project timelines with prospective and current clients
• Educate clients on service delivery processes, pricing structures, and turnaround time requirements
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure exceptional delivery quality and client satisfaction
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and quality
• Stay informed about Life Sciences industry trends, key players, and current events
• Develop creative solutions to enhance business development strategies
