About the Role
TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with expertise in the insurance industry to join one of our clients' teams from Berlin. This role involves defining end-to-end architectures, presenting technical concepts, and driving technical transformation within the Customer Delivery organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Define target end-to-end architecture for prospective insurance customers
- Guide customers through initial technical analysis to signed solution agreements
- Present architectural concepts and technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, CDOs)
- Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for both technical and business decision-makers
- Drive technical transformation by standardizing practices, introducing modern cloud and SaaS patterns, and enabling delivery teams
- Mentor Solution Architects and Customer Delivery Managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Document architectural decisions, requirements, and technical concepts to ensure long-term knowledge sharing
- Communicate with all stakeholders—both internal and external—to keep everyone informed and aligned
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with at least 8-10 years of experience, including several years in the insurance industry or consulting environments focused on insurance. Fluency in German (C2/native level) and English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken, is mandatory. French proficiency is considered a plus.
