Project Manager – Software Implementation (m/f/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization that is transforming how companies approach product lifecycle management and sustainable development. Our client needs an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects across their growing EU customer base. This is a permanent, remote position for candidates authorized to work in the European Union.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of software projects focused on system integrations, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
• Maintain and update project plans while proactively identifying and managing project risks
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure appropriate expertise is available for each project phase
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver regular, comprehensive project updates
• Resolve project issues effectively and maintain clear communication across all stakeholder groups
• Contribute to standardization of implementation methodology and project templates to improve efficiency
• Generate thorough project and solution documentation outlining goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication across multiple concurrent projects

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in project management or a related technical field (required)
• Background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution (preferred)
• 3+ years of project management experience specifically in software implementations
• Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
• Experience managing complex data projects where systematic approaches are crucial
• Proficiency with software tools and data manipulation and analysis
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to think outside conventional approaches
• Currently residing in and legally authorized to work in the European Union
