Founders’ Associate – Business Development & Growth (m/w/d)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential healthcare startup building a scalable ecosystem for senior care and digital services. Our client is at an exciting growth stage and needs a Founders' Associate for Business Development & Growth to take on real responsibility from day one—not just supporting work, but owning strategic initiatives that will shape the company's next phase.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team on high-impact projects in a fast-moving environment. Location: Rastatt, Germany, with remote-friendly flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Projects: Own complex projects end-to-end, including market entry into new regions, building new sales channels, and launching new service models. Create data-driven decision frameworks and execute on results.
• Process Building & Scaling: Optimize internal processes, customer acquisition, and customer experience. Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools to support rapid growth.
• Growth & Market Strategy: Analyze market trends and customer feedback. Conduct data-driven pricing, positioning, and expansion analyses. Run rapid tests for new offerings.
• Business Development & Partnerships: Identify strategic partnerships with care networks, health insurers, and digital health partners. Develop and lead go-to-market strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience from top-tier consulting (Big4), venture/startup environments, or growth teams. Relevant internships during your studies are equally valuable.
• Mindset: You want to roll up your sleeves and design processes from scratch. You're analytically strong, work independently, and execute at high speed. You combine startup mentality with true ownership and drive.
• Skills & Tools: Data-savvy, both strategic and hands-on. Comfortable with modern tools (CRM, analytics, automation). Thrive in uncertainty. Excellent German and English language skills required.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of healthcare, care services, or medical technology; experience with B2C-SaaS or platform business models; understanding of growth marketing (acquisition, retention, expansion) and unit economics; experience with venture capital or VC-backed startups.
