Recruiter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a growing recruiting consultancy based in Bielefeld, and our talent team is seeking a motivated Recruiter to take ownership of the full client lifecycle. In this role, you will drive business development and execute recruiting projects end-to-end.

Client Acquisition & Sales:

• Proactively contact potential new clients via phone and direct outreach to generate interest in digital recruiting solutions
• Analyze organizations' hiring challenges, identify specific needs, and develop tailored recruiting strategies
• Present solutions persuasively and guide prospects through to signed agreements

Project Execution & Recruiting:

• Manage recruiting projects independently after contract signing—from campaign planning through successful placements
• Coordinate incoming applications, pre-qualify candidates, and ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process

Operations & Collaboration:

• Document activities thoroughly in CRM systems, maintain pipeline visibility, and work systematically toward KPIs
• Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams, contributing process improvement ideas

What We're Looking For

• Sales aptitude: You enjoy business development and actively winning new clients through phone, video calls, or in-person meetings
• Consultative mindset: You recognize opportunities, ask the right questions, and present solutions in a structured manner
• People skills: You understand both employer and candidate perspectives and can navigate between them effectively
• Drive and initiative: You work independently, persist through rejections, and aim for above-average results
• Background in recruiting is a plus but not required—whether you have a degree, vocational training, or are transitioning from a sales role, we value hunger over credentials
• German language proficiency required for this Bielefeld-based position

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and include an attractive base salary plus uncapped performance-based bonuses.
