Junior Consultant – Vertrieb & Recruiting in einer Rolle (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a growing recruiting consultancy in Bielefeld that is looking for a Junior Consultant to take ownership of the full client lifecycle from day one. This is not a traditional entry-level role where you wait months to touch meaningful work. You will handle both business development and candidate sourcing within the same position, building dual expertise that is highly sought after in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively contacting potential clients via telephone and direct outreach to generate interest in recruiting solutions
• Analyzing hiring challenges faced by organizations, identifying specific needs, and developing tailored strategies
• Presenting solutions persuasively and guiding prospects through to contract signature
• Managing projects independently after contract close, from campaign planning through successful placement
• Coordinating incoming applications, pre-qualifying candidates, and ensuring a professional candidate experience
• Maintaining accurate CRM documentation, monitoring your pipeline, and working toward defined KPIs
• Collaborating closely with marketing and leadership, contributing process improvement ideas
