Wir von Get A Job.ai vertreten einen etablierten IT-Dienstleister in der Region Hessen, der vor-Ort-Support für verschiedene Unternehmenskunden anbietet. Für den Raum Frankfurt am Main suchen wir einen IT-Onsite Support Techniker (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
In dieser Rolle bist du als IT-Allrounder direkt bei den Kunden unseres Auftraggebers im Einsatz – du installierst, konfigurierst, reparierst und betreust Arbeitsplatz-IT eigenständig vor Ort. Neben technischem Know-how sind ein professionelles Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten entscheidend, da du erster Ansprechpartner für die Anwender bist.
Aufgaben
- Eigenständiger IT-Onsite-Support bei verschiedenen Kunden in der Region Hessen
- Installation, Konfiguration und Reparatur von PCs, Notebooks und Windows-Systemen
- Einrichtung kompletter IT-Arbeitsplätze inklusive Monitoren, Dockingstations, Druckern, Scannern und weiterer Peripherie
- Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen direkt vor Ort
- Einrichtung kleinerer Netzwerke und Analyse auftretender Netzwerkfehler
- Durchführung von Rollouts, Hardwarewechseln und IT-Umzügen
- Unterstützung der Anwender bei technischen Fragen und Problemen
- Eigenständige Koordination deiner Vor-Ort-Einsätze
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen IT-Team und Spezialisten bei komplexeren Störungen
- Saubere Dokumentation aller Arbeiten, Änderungen und aufgetretener Probleme
Was wir suchen
Erforderlich:
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support, Field Service, Onsite Support oder vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
- Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse rund um PCs, Notebooks und Windows-Systeme
- Erfahrung mit Druckern, Scannern, Monitoren, Dockingstations und weiterer Arbeitsplatz-Peripherie
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Einrichtung und Fehleranalyse kleinerer Netzwerke
- Hands-on-Mentalität und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Gepflegtes, professionelles Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
Von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld: Microsoft 365, Intune und Active Directory
- Erfahrung mit Remote-Support- und Ticketing-Systemen
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung unterschiedlicher Branchen und Kundenumgebungen
