Senior Director – Digital Engineering & IT Services Sales – North America

Bosch Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Digital Engineering & IT Services Sales to lead enterprise growth across North America from our Farmington Hills, Michigan office. In this full-time leadership role, you will oversee strategic sales initiatives, build high-performing teams, and drive revenue expansion in the dynamic digital transformation and IT services market.

About This Position

This senior leadership role combines strategic sales direction with P&L accountability for Bosch's digital engineering and IT services business throughout North America. You'll drive revenue growth through channel partnerships, enterprise account relationships, and the development of sales teams. Reporting to senior management, you'll advance our market position while fostering the innovation needed to serve organizations undergoing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for digital engineering and IT services solutions
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales organization across North America
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients and channel partners
• Drive revenue performance and profitability while achieving business objectives
• Identify emerging market opportunities in digital transformation and IT services
• Align sales initiatives with product capabilities and delivery excellence
• Engage with key stakeholders and represent the business at industry forums

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale enterprise sales teams within IT services or digital solutions
• 10+ years of progressive B2B technology or business services sales leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of digital engineering, IT infrastructure, cloud services, or comparable domains
• Executive presence and proven ability to build relationships with C-suite decision makers
• Track record developing go-to-market strategies and scaling sales operations profitably
• Strong financial analysis and P&L management capabilities
• Balance of strategic vision with hands-on sales execution expertise
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background
