Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Bosch Group's Florence, KY facility, you'll play a hands-on role in optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct process capability studies and implement corrective actions to meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate technical solutions with operations and maintenance teams
- Support process documentation and work instruction development for production staff
- Identify improvement opportunities using lean and continuous improvement methodologies

Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Proficiency with CAD software, process simulation tools, and manufacturing analytics platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with lean principles, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for training or plant support
