About the Role
As our Territory Manager, BBS (Northwest), you'll own a defined geographic region and build strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and treatment centers. Your mission centers on introducing and promoting Rhythm's innovative therapies to patients and providers who need them most. This role combines strategic territory planning with hands-on sales and customer engagement to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory business strategy to drive awareness and adoption of Rhythm's pharmaceutical solutions
- Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare providers, specialists, and key opinion leaders in your territory
- Conduct needs-based presentations and training to support clinical staff and patient education
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and patient support teams to maximize market penetration
- Track territory metrics, report on progress, and adjust strategies to achieve commercial objectives
- Support patient and provider success through education and troubleshooting of Rhythm's therapies
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, territory management, or medical device sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently within a territory
- Understanding of or willingness to learn about rare disease and neuroendocrine conditions
- Excellent relationship-building abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to travel within the Northwest territory as needed
