Senior CRM Manager (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential mobility technology client in their search for a Senior CRM Manager based in Berlin. In this position, you will drive customer engagement and retention across multiple European markets through sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing lifecycle strategies that activate, engage, and retain users across international markets
• Owning the end-to-end automation creation process across multiple channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
• Mentoring junior team members on CRM best practices for both global and local initiatives
• Optimizing campaign performance using behavioral data, A/B testing, and customer journey analysis
• Leading cross-functional projects such as dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimization, and experimentation frameworks
• Managing and optimizing CRM automation workflows aligned with business priorities and lifecycle stages
• Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and regional teams to identify and execute business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement at a regional or global level
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms; experience with Braze is a strong plus
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence across teams, markets, and time zones
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage diverse initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven approach combining quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are advantageous
